Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box along with the printed return slip provided in your email.
Ship It Back
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
